Is a hair transplant painful?

Hair transplantation is performed under local anaesthesia, so the patient feels nothing and is conscious at the same time. After the procedure, the patient is given pain medication to take if needed.

How long is the stay in Turkey?

How much does a hair transplant cost?

For me, the price ranges from 60 to 95 thousand czk. For women, up to 115,000 czk. Everything is individual and we set the price directly according to your real needs. More information in our price list section.

What is the difference between hair transplantation in Turkey and the Czech Republic?

The first and very significant difference is the price. In Turkey, a hair transplant will cost you considerably less. Moreover, in Turkey they specifically focus on hair issues and other aesthetic procedures. Turkish doctors are therefore much more experienced. Last but not least, it is worth mentioning the top hair clinics that are located in Turkey and with which we at Hair Again cooperate.

What if I don't speak English?

Here we will calm your fears right away. Our trained Czech delegate will be present throughout your stay to help you with communication both in and outside the clinic.

Will I have scars after the procedure?

During the operation, the latest DHI and FUE methods are used. These methods leave no visible scars.

What will the back of the head from which the grafts will be taken look like?

The area from which the grafts were taken during the transplantation (donor area - back of the head) will be completely healed within about 2 weeks after the procedure. 

What are the conditions for hair transplantation?

What is the difference between DHI and FUE methods?

The main difference between the DHI and FUE method is the way in which the harvested hair grafts are implanted into the recipient area. In the DHI method, the harvested hair grafts are implanted directly into the skin with the Choi Pen without the formation of channels. The FUE method inserts the hair grafts into the created channels with the Sapphire Pen scalpel. 

I have dandruff, can I get a transplant?

If it is classic dandruff and not a skin disease such as atopic dermatitis or another serious disease, you can certainly undergo a transplant.

I'm a woman, can I have a transplant?

Yes! The transplant is also suitable for women. However, here it is important to find out the cause of the hair loss/loss. We recommend that you first go for blood tests and make an appointment for our free consultation. 

Will I have to take medication for life after the transplant?

No, there is no lifetime medication associated with a hair transplant.

Until how old can I have a transplant?

This is a very individual issue. It all depends on the state of the donor area. That is, whether you still have a suitable donor area from which grafts will be taken for transplantation. You can still have a hair transplant even if you are over 50 years old, as long as you have a suitable donor area.
